1. Booking and Payment: To secure a booking with Informative African Tour, clients are required to make a deposit or full payment as specified in the booking confirmation. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. The remaining balance must be settled by the specified deadline, typically before the start of the tour.
2. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of cancellation by the client, Informative African Tour reserves the right to apply cancellation fees, which may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the company’s refund policy and may be subject to deductions for administrative fees or non-refundable expenses incurred.
3. Travel Insurance: Informative African Tour strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of luggage, and other travel-related risks. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their insurance policy provides adequate coverage for the duration and activities of their tour.
4. Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and physical condition to participate in the tour activities. Informative African Tour may provide advice on health precautions and requirements, including vaccinations and travel advisories, but ultimately clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
5. Responsibility and Liability: While Informative African Tour takes every precaution to ensure the safety and enjoyment of its clients, participation in tour activities involves inherent risks. Clients acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release the company, its employees, agents, and partners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from participation in the tour.
6. Changes to Itinerary: Informative African Tour reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, and activities due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible, and reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives.
7. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the duration of the tour, taking into consideration local customs, cultures, and regulations. Informative African Tour reserves the right to terminate the participation of any client who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, offensive, or poses a risk to themselves or others, without refund or compensation.
By booking a tour with Informative African Tour, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and the company.
