Clients acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release the company, its employees, agents, and partners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from participation in the tour.

Informative African Tour reserves the right to terminate the participation of any client who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, offensive, or poses a risk to themselves or others, without refund or compensation.
